There is only 1 tier for this mission. You can locate any of these people in any order you prefer, probably while running other missions. The map will show you their locations if you get close to one, the coords are also provide below. You can also look at Map:Missing Persons to see their locations.
Note that you do not have to kill any of these mission people who have become zombies, but only click on them for credit.
- Locate John Allerton
- He is in a courtyard off main street, just north of the Kingsmouth Town Hall, located at (330, 380)
- He has become a Zombie and will be found with a couple other Zombies nearby
- Locate Francis Eaton (behind house near park)
- He is behind a house located near the Kingsmouth Park, at (476, 415)
- He is also a Zombie
- Locate Christopher Martin
- He has found refuge inside the Kingsmouth Congregational Church, he is alive and can be found sitting in the back pew
- Locate Joseph Rogers
- He is in a courtyard off Belmont Avenue, and can be found at (425, 371), near some switngs
- He has also become a Zombie
- Locate Fire Chief Soule
- Inside the Kingsmouth Volunteer Fire Department of course, located at (466, 528). He will be upstairs in the back room.

- Locate Mary Brewster
- Her body is on the porch of her house, at (436, 518)
- She did not survive, and is dead
