Description
Fire Chief Soule was the chief of the Kingsmouth Volunteer Fire Department. After the fog rolled in and the disaster started, he has not been seen and is on the Missing persons list in the Sheriff's Office.
Unfortunately, by the time the players find him, the Fire Chief (and most of his volunteers) have been turned to zombies and are beyond help.
He is in the back room, with the cots, upstairs in the Kingsmouth Volunteer Fire Department building.
