Quantum
Quantum Braces is the third auxiliary weapon added to the game, its SP and AP costs are different from the normal weapons and there is a separate Auxiliary Wheel for it.

Acquiring
The Quantum is acquired by completing the The Uncertainty Principle mission
Skills
Unlike normal weapons, you pay a full 35 SP to gain the skill, which counts as Skill rank 10 for that specific Aux weapon. This grants the ability to equip, and provides a special skill for that weapon. In the case of Quantum Magic, it builds counters on the caster. When you have three stacks, the next quantum ability you use will trigger a PBAoE heal.

Abilities

All active skills in the Quantum category require the use of a Quantum Brace as the player's equipped auxiliary weapon.
Passive skills do not require a weapon, to date all aux weapon passive abilities modify skills or abilities specific to its weapon. As such, equipping another weapon's passives would be a waste.
Additionally, Signets can be found that further enhance the abilities of your auxiliary weapons.
