Report
The Dragon
The legacy of such experimental facilities is despicable, for they have always been ludicrously counterproductive. They represent primitive attempts to contain energy that cannot be contained. There is a notorious example of one in Seoul.
If you want to know the nature of a bird, you must observe it in the sky. You do not cut off its wings and shove it in a box.
The same lesson applies to pyrokinetic subjects as to new recruits: when a subject believes in their heart they are free (whether it is true or not), the results we get are outstanding.
Illuminati
In the last century, Venice has come down hard on these kinds of experimental practices. Life is sacred etc.
But let's give credit where credit's due. Oliver Smith may have been a sadistic fuck, but he advanced the study of pyrokinesis by at least fifty years.
Officially, there have never been any established links between experiments such as those at the asylum and the Illuminati. We have always adhered to codes of conduct that outline respectful and sustainable bla bla bla.
That's the official position..
Fun Fact: we'll do anything for results.
Templar
You are determined to redeem Solomon Island one violation at a time. Given your taste in factions, it is an inevitable part of your psychological profile.
Very well, but let’s not lose sight of the big picture. Global nightmares come first.
Mercifully, the asylum on Solomon Island burned down in 1961. It was a despicable institution functioning under the guise of mental health. The Illuminati would have you believe that they had nothing to do with its questionable telekinetic research.
The Illuminati would have you believe a lot of things.

Walkthrough
There are 4 tiers to this mission.
Tier 1/4
- Examine the burning note
- It's right there on the bench
- Go to Kraken Point
- You may want to pick up the Last Will and Testament mission from the pickup truck there also, since the objective for that one is on the way.
- When you get to the indicated area, you're looking for a glowing gas-ball, near the water at (169,131)
- Defeat Obomsawin
- He will spawn as you approach the gas ball
- Examine the seared note
Tier 2/4
- Go to Azeban Span
- You'll want to go under the bridge
- Search the area for clues
- Again, you're looking for a glowing ball, this time looking more like a fire-ball, under the northern end of the bridge
- Defeat Obomsawin
- He will spawn as you approach the flaming ball, you need to be just about right on top of it for him to do so
- Examine the seared note
Tier 3/4
- Go to Olegwasi Hill
- It isn't marked as such on your map, but the blue overlay circle will get you there
- If you go east from under the bridge and hug the rock wall, you can avoid all the other Zombies down there
- Search the area for clues
- Again, you're looking for a floating ball of fire, at (194,477)
- Defeat Obomsawin
- Just like before, he spawns from the ball of fire
- Examine the seared note
Tier 4/4
- Go to the trailer park
- That would be the Wabanaki Trailer Park just up the road
- Find Obomsawin's hiding spot
- It's to the right of the Wabanaki General Store as you come into the trailer park, under a platform for the stairs leading up the cliff. Located at 276,634
- This time, you will see a Spectre and a flaming ball, you do not need to approach and can just click on the Spectre
- Avenge the boy by vanquishing Oliver Smith
- Obomsawin will spawn from the flaming ball again like before. But, this time he will attack the other Spectre, Oliver Smith rather than you.
- Help Obomsawin kill Oliver Smith
