This mission takes you all over Kingsmouth town. It is probably best to pick this up and then go run other missions. The general location of the pages will be shown on your map, and whenever you are near one you can stop for a moment and pick up that page and then go back to your other mission.

- It's in the Kingsmouth Park at the base of the slide, coords (461, 434)
- Find page 3 of the medical report
- In a courtyard between Elm Street and Main Street with the Anima Well, the page is at the base of a tree, coords (288, 306)
- Find page 6 of the medical report
- In a courtyard between Main Street and Angell Street, on picnic table seat, coords (428, 377)
- Find page 7 of the medical report
- On Arkham Avenue, laying in the street near Dr. Bannerman's Home, coords (256, 362)
- Find page 13 of the medical report
- Also on Arkham Avenue, in front of church, the page is under a truck tire, at (321, 437)
- Read the medical report
- Not very intuitive since you just picked up a bunch of pages, but you have to go back to the mission starting location, outside of Dr. Bannerman's house at (235, 369) and use the report on the ground
