The Palace of Ca d'Oro will be the first to sink. Every other Council building will soon follow.

The Envoys of Ca’ d’Oro are world renowned appraisers. The palace after which they’re named isn’t what it used to be, but I nonetheless trust the Council’s capacity to secure all things valuable and ancient.
I’m not convinced that any of these trinkets pose a real threat in the hands of our enemies, but surely it is better to be safe than sorry.
I wish we could convince more people to live by those words.
