This mission is given automatically upon killing Jack of the Lantern (aka "Super Jack"). You do not need to have accepted a mission before killing Jack of the Lantern in order to get credit for it. Although the people that summon him will need to have a pumpkin from the The Ghost of Jack-o-Lantern mission.
People who summon him, should see The Ghost of Jack-o-Lantern for the correct mission rewards. This article is specific to those that are given credit for assisting with killing him.

There is no tiers to this mission, and it is given automatically upon killing Super Jack so there is no tiers for it either.
However, in order to summon Super Jack there must be 5 people involved who have the jack-o-lantern from the The Ghost of Jack-o-Lantern mission. Additionally, each of those 5 must have a different pumpkin:
All five should be near the large tree in Wispwood. The person with Sinister Jack picks a spot to stand. The other four stand at the cardinal points slightly away from them - see screenshot below.
Sinster Jack holder uses their pumpkin first. Then the others place theirs.
