• Find the executive living at the third address
  • Marked on your map, use the yellow-outlined apartment door at (793,126)
  • When you know on the door two Filthy Orochi Officers will run around the building and attack
  • After you kill them, Vengeful Ayane Ito will come through the door and attack you
