- Find the ambulance
- It's on top of a broken area of highway with no direct access
- Climb the pipes at 452,416
- Investigate the ambulance
- Gain access to the ambulance's computer
- The computer is out of power
- Perhaps you should check under the hood
- The ambulance's battery is dead. You'll need a replacement from another vehicle.
- If you jump down the way you came and go up the ramp, you'll find a battery in a wrecked Orochi van at 495, 419
- Investigate the ambulance's computer
- "Please enter Ambulance Identification Number"
- Check the license plate
- It's 540
- Locate Kaidan International Hospital
- The hospital is just southwest of Susanoo's Diner
