A generic Draug Warmonger variant, one of the first Draug that players encounter.
He spawns at the corner of Elm Street and Belmont Avenue, (342,235), when a player is on Tier 5 of the Elm Street Blues mission. Note: He can be encountered and killed by players not on Tier 5 of the mission, but he will continue to respawn (after a brief delay) until the person on the missions gets credit for completing it.
