Description
Broodmarks can be found anywhere there are is an Ak'ab nest, regardless of which brood it is.
Any time players are within Unknown range of the broodmark, they are Hindered by the Shame Pole snare.
Additionally, Broodmarks are able to give nearby Ak'ab the Taste for Blood buff. The range for the Taste for Blood buff seems to be much greater than that for Shame Pole. It is also unclear if the Taste for Blood buff comes from all Broodmarks, or only certain ones.
Destroying a Broodmark will typically summon an Ak'ab, the exact monster type will be consistent with surrounding Ak'ab in the area. They also seem to sometimes summon an Ak'ab whenever a player is nearby (within Shame Pole range) although it is possible that they are merely attracting a nearby one.
Special Abilities
- Permanent Effect - Casts Shame Pole on any player within range. This will be continuously recast on the the player every second while the player remains within range.
- Permanent Effect - Casts Taste for Blood on any Ak'ab within range. This buff will be applied continuously as long as the Ak'ab is withing range.
- Summon an Ak'ab - Upon being destroyed, the Broodmark spawns an Ak'ab
