Creeping Chill is a Status Effect caused by the werewolf ability, Arctic Strike

Triggers damaging effect if allowed to stack to 10. Remove with environmental heat source.

• Icon:
• Type: Special
• Stacks: Can stack up to 10 times
• Effect: When it reaches a stack of 10, it changes to the Unknown effect
• Duration: 2:00 minutes per stack. Note that when the timer expires, it does not remove the entire stack, but instead only removes one count of it. You can remove all stacks by standing near "environmental heat sources" - typically campfires or fires inside barrels.

Standing next to those heat sources also gives you the Warmth buff, making you immune to gaining further stacks of Creeping Chill while you are next to them.
