Milosh is the leader of the Drăculești, having gained that position at the age of 17.. He can be found in the Romany Camp in the The Shadowy Forest.

He has several daughters, and occasionally laments that he has no sons to take over for him as leader. Emilia is the only daughter still remaining with him, his other daughters having married and left the Drăculești. He has "adopted" Tibor and Luminita after their parents died, and is possibly grooming Tibor to be the next leader of the Drăculești.
