It is a rare-spawn monster, than can be found at the end of a bridge near over Mandrake Creek

• Killing the Kuzma Prototype gives the Kuzma Prototype (Achievement)
• To get to Kuzma, enter the Red Hand facility at (995,1121) and follow the road. He is at the end of the bridge, in front of a giant locked door.
