Mara was the lover of Vlad Dracula. But, after becoming influenced by Lilith she winds up seducing Callisto. She then becomes a Vampire and ends up betraying both Vlad Dracula and Callisto.
Since then, she has worked with the Red Hand to help create human-vampire hybrids that were meant to be used as soldiers.
And, most recently, she has raised an army of vampires to attack the towns of Transylvania and take over the region.
