New Dawn has some content where the mission reports change depending on where you are in the main story.

So when you first run, for example, The Cult of Personality you get the "NO NETWORK" report text, but if you repeat the mission after finishing "A New Dawn", you get different text.

Alternate Reports

If the mission is repeated after A New Dawn (Tier 5), alternate mission text is given:

	You in? Ducky! When you drink the Kool-Aid, remember to swish and spit. D.K.
	You've been doing some light culting. Good for you. What was that one rule about fight club? ALWAYS talk about fight club. To me, anyway. KG
	You have entered a cult, and I trust you implicitly... but I will check in on a regular basis. R. Sonnac
