Power Line is a special ability used by some Orochi Drones, particularly those in the Váli Omega floor of Orochi Tower.

- Target gains a debuff that deals magical damage every second. An identical buff is placed on Prototype OD-11.
- Gains a stacking buff that increases the damage of Voltaic Detonation, once per second after 2 seconds.
- Target is Snared, reducing their movement speed by 70%.
- Damage Type: Magical
- Damage Amount: 10-20 HP per second, with spikes of around 100 damage per stack corresponding to Voltaic Detonation
- Duration: The damaging buffs and debuffs last for 10 seconds, the stacking buff lasts for 8 seconds, the channeling effect lasts for 10 seconds, and the snare lasts for 8 seconds
- Stacks: Up to 8 for the stacking buff
