The Agent Network was introduced with 2.2.0[1] for Secret World Legends. Unlike most game systems, it runs if you are logged in or not.

REQUIREMENTS

The Agent Network unlocks when your character reaches Faction Rank 3 (Level 15). Your character will receive an SMS from your faction handler and you'll be given your first Agent named "Faction Recruit".

The default keybind for the Agent Network Management interface is "P". The keybind will not work until the Agent Network system is unlocked for that character.

MECHANICS

  • You can have agents running several missions simultaneously depending how many "mission slots" are available (patrons get an extra one) and how many available agents you have in your roster.
  • Once deployed, a timer will be shown both in the mission list and the roster showing when that mission will be completed. Times range from 15 minutes to eight hours. This is real world time, you do not need to stay logged in. Missions cannot be canceled but you can spend Aurum to expedite a mission to complete immediately.
  • Agents can be incapacitated (indicated with a red background in the roster) after mission (even if it is a successful outcome) and will not be available for missions until the countdown timer reaches zero or if you spend Aurum to have them recover immediately.
  • You can acquire agents from a number of sources by obtaining their dossier from many different sources.

Agent equipment can to augment their capabilities. These items will initially be in your inventory until equipped onto an agent. The Agent Network interface features 15 free inventory slots exclusively for Agent Equipment.

AGENT DOSSIERS

You can obtain new dossiers from a number of different sources. Some agents will be bound to your character, but most are not. You can choose to sell these dossiers on the auction house, trade them with other players or cabal members.

Dossier Sources:

  • Achievements / Legends
  • Agent Missions
  • Auction House
  • Booster Packs (available for purchase)
  • Dungeons (Elite Only)
  • Lairs
  • Missions (Action width or Sabotage width) (Missions in Kingsmouth Town are not eligible).
  • Raids
  • Scenarios
  • Vendor (Shady Vendor in Agartha which uses HexCoins HexCoin.png)
  • Agent missions use their own stats and items.

USER INTERFACE

The interface is divided into three sections.

MISSION LIST

On the left is the available mission list. The left pane consists of a large icon indicating the primary stats needed to successfully complete the mission. The right pane lists the title, the time remaining for availability, any potential bonus rewards, and finally the primary rewards.

ROSTER

The center is your roster, each agent is shown with a portrait with attributes shown on the right as icons and stat values shown as numbers along with the agent's level.
