Monster ability, used by some Revenant

• Icon None. There is a a circular white-line "ground effect" while casting
• Effect:
  1. Players caught within the area of effect will take physical damage, ~20 HP
  2. Players caught within the area of effect will be Impaired and Knocked Down for 2 seconds
  3. The Revenant will disappear and then reappear nearby at a random location
• Duration: Knocked Down lasts for 2 seconds. The Revenant disappears for 3 seconds
