Strange Miasma

This is a special ability used by Fungal Seeders.

• Icon: None, there is a circular white-line ground effect while being cast.
• Effect: Creates a circular PBAoE effect. Each second a character is within the area of effect, they receive 1 stack of Infected.
• Duration: The ground effect lasts for 12 seconds. See Infected for its duration.
