Piecemeal Chopper is a Sprinting animation that you acquire during part of the A Piece of the Road

- Effect: While in effect, you are using the Franken-Chopper animation. But, your Sprinting speed is only the same as Sprinting IV. The motorcycle will also be trailing smoke and occasionally backfiring
Moose cobbled this bike together from spare parts. It has yet to be completed, but can move at chugging speeds.
