Creates a connection between the severed droid arm and a nearby droid, offering a degree of control for a short amount of time. This signal projects out in front of the droid arm, connected regardless of physical obstacles or line-of-sight.
This is one of 5 abilities granted when you equip the Droid Arm as part of The Bank Heist mission.
Using this ability does not do anything on its own, but it does allow to then use System Reboot or Request Personnel on the targeted droid.
