Scales of justice to weight the soul. An instrument to judge restless spirits.
Used in "The Stained Oasis."





Nefertari's scales are used in Tiers 1, 2, and 3 of the mission The Stained Oasis.

For Tiers 1 and 2, to judge the souls, you have to target the Akh and then use the scales from your inventory.
