Lilith

Lily Engel is the chairwoman of the Orochi Group, second in command after the CEO, Samuel Chandra.

You do not meet her directly in the game, but it is hinted at here and there that she has a direct involvement in some of the Orochi Group teams you come across.

• The bees mention that Lily signed the orders for the Promethius Initiative (Orochi) to begin excavation operations at The Breach

• The bees state that "She does not appreciate the old names." as well as mentioning "monstrous nativity" and "haunted wombs"
• And, once the vampires slaughtered the Orochi and continued to dig at The Breach, the bees report that Mara sees Lily Engel's signature and says "Mother"
  • Given that Lilith has 17 ancient names and Lily "doesn't appreciate the old names". And, given that Lilith was the mother of vampires and that Mara (one of the oldest vampires) mentions "mother" upon seeing Lily's name - there is a strong possibility that Lily is Lilith in disguise.
