Experience (XP) is a common reward for accomplishing tasks in the game. It is a main element in character progression.

It can be earned through completing missions, completing a deck, killing monsters in Player versus environment, or defeating enemies in Player vs. Player. It can be earned through completing missions, collecting legends, killing monsters in Player versus environment, or defeating enemies in Player vs. Player. The experience bar tracks earned experience and progression towards points to upgrade abilities and skills. It takes 40,000 experience (every 1/3rd of the bar) upon which the player earns an Ability Point. It takes 120,000 experience to fill the bar, upon which the player earns a Skill Point. (The third AP and SP are awarded at the same time.) These required amounts do not increase as the player gains more points, unlike many MMOs.

AP are spent on the Ability Wheel and Auxiliary Wheel. SP are spent on the Character Skill Points (chart/tree).
