Downloadable Content, or DLC is exactly what it sounds like. Whenever there's a Map Pack, or an Expansion to a game available for download online, it's considered Downloadable Content, or DLC. [1]
Issue Packs
These are DLCs that are released at the same time as major Updates (Patch Notes) and tend to be storylines that are related to the theme of the update.

- Issue 9 mission pack - Released 2014-06-04

Sidestories
These are DLCs that are released in between major Updates (Patch Notes) and are meant to flesh out existing characters or themes
