- Sarah: Come on. Follow me. I'm pretty clear right now, but it won't last.

As you're making your way to the surface:
- Sarah: I can hear the voice arguing sometimes. One says "Buzz-buzz-buzz." The other says "Bubble-bubble-bubble."
As you reach the exit of the subway:
- Sarah: Go. I have to stay here. It hurts, but others have to see what I saw. Maybe they'll see something I missed. Tell Arturo...tell him I'm alright. Sort of.

The bomb in Tokyo set off so many variables. Sarah is one that we could not predict, and therefore, she is one of the most precious. She becomes a fulcrum on which so many swing. So many paths lead to her mind. She is a living landscape. She is walking geomancy. How did she get this way? We must know.

- Go up the escalators
- You will be attacked by a very large number of Filthy Citizens
- Defeat the Filthy Hulk
- You'll have to fight off the Filthy Hulk while also fending off multiple Filthy Citizens
- Make your way to the surface
- Defeat the manifested filth
- You will be attacked by 4 more Filthy Citizens
- You will then be attacked by a Mangled Filth Vestige and a Disfigured Remnant of Filth
- Travel to Kaidan
- Up the stairs and exit to Kaidan
