The Apparatus of the Cleansing Protocol is a smallish, steampunkish, looking box that can be found inside Agartha sitting in front of a portal that has become infected by The Filth.
It starts the The Cleansing Protocol mission, but it is also used to give out Vessel of Supernal Quicksilver as well as turn Ambrosia of Supernal Quicksilver into Extant Third Age Sliver
