Description
Anatomical Specimen are constructs, considered as Familiars, that were used in the Innsmouth Academy and have since started to run amuck on their own.
They are considered Swarm monsters, and are typically encountered in groups of 3-5.
In appearance, location, and ability they are similar to Surgical Specimen and Unfinished Familiar. It is unclear what the distinction between the three is.
