Next to a corpse lies a note and a box of signal flares.
Journal Entries
- Tier 1: The note next to the body reads: "B wants it done, so you do. We are the Morninglight. We don't ask stupid fucking questions and we obey our leaders." It also has coordinates of places around the island, spots to shoot up the flares. Go to the marked spots and shoot up the flares to see what happens.
- Collect the box of signal flares
- Set off the first signal flare
- Set off the second signal flare
- Set off the third signal flare
- Set off the fourth signal flare
- Set off the fifth signal flare
- Tier 2: Nothing really happened. Maybe it was too late. It's impossible to say. The Morninglight have set up a camp just outside of town. Go there and look for more information about this B, why they are here, and why they didn't get hurt by the fog like everyone else.

Walkthrough
There are 2 tiers to this mission.
Tier 1/2
- Collect the box of signal flares
- They're right there where you get the mission, just use the box
- Set off the first signal flare
- There will be the white [ ] brackets on the ground, next to the box, use them to set off the fireworks
- Set off the second signal flare
- Another set of white [ ] brackets, on beach along Poe Cove, at (401, 182)
- Set off the third signal flare
- This one is on beach off Belmont Avenue, at (501, 357)
- Set off the fourth signal flare
- On beach near Derelict Ship, across from Jack & Wendy's B&B, at (639, 385)
- Set off the fifth signal flare
- At the end of the beach, near Journey's End pier, at (721, 302)
Tier 2/2
- Go to the Morninglight Camp
- AKA the Hippie Camp, located at (117, 688)
