Shotgun/tsw
Shotguns are a ranged weapon. Shotguns have the shortest range of the three ranged weapons, but as a benefit feature numerous cone area attacks (Blasts). Shotguns also allow players to summon a variety of turrets to support themselves and groups. Shotguns are well suited for players in damage and support roles.

Skills

Shotguns skills are divided into damage and support aspects.
- Damage: Point Blank - Your Shotgun abilities deal additional physical damage based on your proximity to the target. (2 additional physical damage at 1 skill point
- Support: Reinforcement - When deploying any Shotgun Turret ability, your defensive target take less damage from all sources for 5 seconds. (2.7% less damage at 1 skill point)
Abilities

All active skills here require the use of a shotgun-type weapon. Passive skills do not require a weapon, but some passives modify a specific active skill, which in turn requires the use of a specific weapon.
As with all skills, the player may only choose one Elite Active Ability and one Elite Passive Ability at any one time.
