Sally Army is usually seen hanging around the London Fight Club.
Originally, she was part of a faction mission available to all factions to teach plays how to use two weapons towards the end of the Kingsmouth storyline. However, it was cut before launch and due to the way things are set up, it is impossible to put back in. [1]
