Parcel of Macabre Friendship Bag Binds when Picked Up Unique

Must be the season for the weird. Give this bag of Halloween delights to a friend. Open to receive one common item and an additional uncommon, epic or rare item. Cannot be used on self.

This is a special item that can only be acquired during the Samhain seasonal event. When opened, it will give you two random items. One of Common rarity, and one that is either Uncommon (Green), Rare (Blue), or Epic (Purple).

Note that you cannot open it yourself, but must give it to someone else for them to open and get the items. Doing so awards the Box Buddies for Life! achievement.
