Anansi Alpha
- There is a Demonic Sparring Dummy in the room after the first room to your right.
- A Psychic Sparring Dummy is in the room after the second room to your right (after the first security door).
- There is a pair of Demonic Sparring Dummies and a pair of Psychic Sparring Dummies in the first room to the right after the security door is opened to the second hallway.
- Two individual Cybernetic Sparring Dummies are in the next room to your right.
- In the third hallway, there are four Demonic Sparring Dummies in the first room to the right, two Cybernetic Sparring Dummies in the second room to the right, and four Psychic Sparring Dummies in the third room to the right.
- There are two individual Demonic Sparring Dummies in the second room to your right after entering the fourth hallway.
- The final room contains one Cybernetic Sparring Dummy, a pair of Demonic Sparring Dummies, a pair of Psychic Sparring Dummies, a pack of four Psychic Sparring Dummies, and a Multi-AEGIS Sparring Dummy.
Faust Alpha
- The first hallway contains an Orochi Ranged-Pacification Effigy and a Security Droid. After the first room to your right, there are two Orochi Ranged-Pacification Effigies in the doorway.
- An Orochi Sky Drone patrols the second hallway, with an Orochi Ranged-Pacification Effigy and a Security Droid standing around the corner.
- The third room after this hallway contains an Orochi Ranged-Pacification Effigy and a Security Droid.
- There is a single Orochi Sky Drone in the third hallway. The next room contains an Orochi Ranged-Pacification Effigy and a Security Droid, with 2 more Orochi Ranged-Pacification Effigies in the room after that.
- In the fourth hallway, off the large boardrooom, there is an Orochi Sky Drone.
- The fifth hallway contains 2 Security Droids. Two rooms later, there is an Orochi Ranged-Pacification Effigy and a Security Droid.

Manticore Alpha
- There is an Orochi Sky Drone (Demonic) at the end of the first hallway, as well as one in the first locked door to your right (accessible via the second open door to your right).
- The next room contains 3 Orochi Razor-Dance Effigies (Demonic) and 3 Orochi Melee-Pacification Effigies (Demonic).
- In the second hallway, there are 2 Orochi Ranged-Pacification Effigies (Demonic), 2 Orochi Razor-Dance Effigies (Demonic), and an Orochi Sky Drone (Demonic). The locked room to the right just before the first open security door also contains an Orochi Melee-Pacification Effigy (Demonic) (accessible via the next door to the right).
- The large room with the drone racks in this hallway contains 7 Orochi Razor-Dance Effigies (Demonic).
- Note: Monsters in the drone rack rooms spawn on a timer one at a time, so if you kill them fast enough you will only ever need to deal with one at any given time.
- Through the last open door to your right in this hallway is an Orochi Razor-Dance Effigy Mk II. In the large drone rack room two rooms later, there are 7 Orochi Razor-Dance Effigies (Demonic).
- The next hallway contains an Orochi Sky Drone (Demonic) and 2 Orochi Melee-Pacification Effigies (Demonic). In the last open room to the right (the small drone rack room), there are 3 Orochi Razor-Dance Effigies (Demonic).
- The final hallway contains an Orochi Sky Drone (Demonic), with a Malfunctioning Orochi Smiler Mech occupying the center room.
Plethron Alpha
- There are 3 large Locusts on the walls in the first hallway, as well as a pack of 5 smaller Locusts and a Locust Queen in front of the first security door.
- A group of 3 smaller Locusts is in the first open room to your right.
- There is a Locust mound in the open room next to the Locust Queen. The room after contains a larger Locust on the wall.
- Note: Avoid standing close to the Locust mound, as it will spawn less small Locusts if you attack at range.
- The next hallway contains a group of 2 small Locusts and 1 normal-sized Locust, a group of 4 small Locusts, and a larger Locust clinging to the side of the second security door.
- A normal-sized Locust and 2 small Locusts are in the last room to your right. Another of the same packs is in the next room.
- A larger Locust attacks you as soon as you open the third security door. The rest of the final hallway contains 4 normal-sized Locusts and 4 small Locusts.
- The final room contains The Source.
QBL Alpha
- There is a male Onryo in the room after the room to your right as the first security door closes in front of you.
- A female Onryo floats in front of the third security door (the one with the Green keycard reader).
- The hallway before the final room fills up with five male Onryo and five female Onryo that float through the walls to your left.
- The final room contains two male Onryo and two female Onryo that rise up from the bodies at the central table.
Sycoil Alpha
- There is a Fungal Pod in the second room after passing through the second hallway that spawns Fungal Chitterers.
- Another two Chitterer Pods and a Fungal Incubator Pod are immediately outside the door, in the third hallway.
- A Fungal Seeder and a Chitterer Pod are in the second room after the third hallway.
- The fourth hallway has a Fungal Seeder Pod, a Chitterer Pod, and four Fungal Incubators.
- The open door on the right contains a pack of five Fungal Chitterers.
- In the second room on the right is two Fungal Incubators and an Incubator Pod.
- The fifth hallway contains a Seeder Pod and a Chitterer Pod.
- There is a Fungal Seeder in the second room after this hallway, next to the keycard.
- The sixth hallway (after opening the keycard door) contains four Fungal Seeders and seven Fungal Incubators.
- There are six Chitterer Pods, two Incubator Pods, and one Seeder Pod in the final room.
- Note: the Fungal Pods will spawn enemies if you move too close. Attack them from a distance if possible.
Váli Alpha
- There is an Orochi Nanny Drone in the room after the first room to your right.
- Two Malfunctioning Ranged-Pacification Effigy drones are standing together at the far side of the next room.
- The following room contains a pacing Orochi Janitorial Drone.
- There is a Haywire Melee-Pacification Effigy directly on the other side of the first security door.
- Through the first door to your right in the second hallway, there are three Malfunctioning Ranged-Pacification Effigy drones and one Haywire Melee-Pacification Effigy.
- From this room, there is an Orochi Nanny Drone in the room to the right, as well as a Malfunctioning Razor-Dance Effigy and Orochi Janitorial Drone in the room to the left.
- There is a Damaged Buckler Drone pacing around the bend in the hallway, as well as one standing in the first room to the right after the bend. There is also a Haywire Melee-Pacification Effigy in the room to the right.
- The next room contains two Malfunctioning Ranged-Pacification Effigy drones and a Damaged Buckler Drone.
- There is a Malfunctioning Razor-Dance Effigy further down the hallway.
- Two Malfunctioning Ranged-Pacification Effigy drones guard the next security door, around the bend in the hallway. The open room immediately to the right contains two more, and the room afterwards contains a Damaged Buckler Drone.
- The next room contains an Orochi Nanny Drone.
- The hallway after the second security door contains a Malfunctioning Razor-Dance Effigy.
- In the final room, there are two Malfunctioning Ranged-Pacification Effigy drones, three Haywire Melee-Pacification Effigy drones, two Malfunctioning Razor-Dance Effigy drones, and one Damaged Buckler Drone.
- It is not clear if all of these enemies are required to complete the mission, as the Orochi Nanny Drones and Orochi Janitorial Drones are not hostile, but they are included here nonetheless.
Zagan Alpha
- A Bloodthirsty Researcher and a Vampire Test Subject are feeding on a corpse after the second security door. When engaged, the researcher will run to the second door on the right and attempt to open it. If he succeeds, the Vampire Test Subject inside will also attack you.
- There are two more Vampire Test Subjects around the corner of the hallway.
- Two Lycanthrope Test Subjects exit their room to feast on an Orochi Group scientist in the third hallway.
- There are two Vampire Test Subjects immediately outside the room you exit to reach the fourth hallway.
- The room after the last room to the right in this hallway contains two Faun Test Subjects.
- A Bloodthirsty Researcher and a Vampire Test Subject are standing in the next hallway to your right. When engaged, the researcher will run to the next door to the right and attempt to open it. If he succeeds, the three Lycanthrope Test Subjects inside will attack and kill him, then proceed to attack you.
- There are two Vampire Test Subjects around the corner in the same hallway.
- Two Vampire Test Subjects are standing next to the Emergency Exit in the next hallway.
- The rest of this hallway contains groups of three monsters locked in combat:
- Two Faun Test Subjects and one Lycanthrope Test Subject
- Three groups of two Vampire Test Subjects and one Lycanthrope Test Subject
- Two Lycanthrope Test Subjects and one Faun Test Subject
- The final room contains two groups of four fighting monsters: two Lycanthrope Test Subjects and two Vampire Test Subjects.
- Note: When a Bloodthirsty Researcher moves to open a door, if you kill him before the door is opened, the monsters inside will not be released and it will not count against you for credit towards the mission.
