The High Powered Weaponry outfits are used in Player vs. Player warzones and battlefieds by players that have selected the DPS role when they signed up for PvP.
In addition to the "Basic High Powered Weaponry" automatically given to members upon joining the PvP zone, players can also buy upgrades to their uniform. These upgrades do not give any additional buffs or benefits and are purely cosmetic.

Buff
The High Powered Weaponry uniform gives the "High Powered Weaponry" buff, but only when worn in Player vs. Player zones. That buff gives these effects:
- Damage done increased by 5%.
- Critical Chance increased by 3%.
- Penetration Chance increased by 3%.
- Chance to get glancing hits reduced by 2%.
- Healing, barrier and leech effects reduced by -5%.
- Health increased by 10%.
- Damage reduction increased by 2%.

- Mobility and Tactics Trainer
- Buying the "Basic High Powered Weaponry" outfit from the vendor allows it to be worn outside of Player vs. Player zones.
- Buying the higher rank outfits allow them to be worn outside of Player vs. Player zones, and also equips them automatically when entering a PvP zone.

- Basic: 5 Distinction of the Council
- Rank 1: 10 Distinction of the Council
- Rank 2: 25 Distinction of the Council
- Rank 3: 50 Distinction of the Council
- Rank 4: 100 Distinction of the Council
- Rank 5: 200 Distinction of the Council

The High Powered Weaponry outfit has a unique version per Faction as well as multiple "ranks" of the outfit.
