Fire Chief McCaffrey was one of the the chiefs of the Kingsmouth Volunteer Fire Department, along with Fire Chief Soule. After the fog rolled in and the disaster started, he has been turned into a Zombie along with most of his volunteers, and can be found in the Kingsmouth Volunteer Fire Department building.
