First Appearance
Players may first encounter a reference to the Fear Nothing Foundation while in Transylvania if they do the side mission Obstructive Persons. Although, it is only referred to as "FNF". It isn't until entering Kaidan that the full name "Fear Nothing Foundation" is seen.
Players will get more information about the Foundation during the story mission The Pachinko Model where they will enter the Fear Nothing Foundation Headquarters in Kaidan
Background
The Fear Nothing Foundation may be a second attempt at creating whatever it is the Morninglight group was working on. Or, perhaps the Morninglight group filters recruits looking for ones suitable for being passed on to the Fear Nothing Foundation. The tablet recovered during the Obstructive Persons mission seems to indicate that the Morninglight is rating people based on their compatibility for the Fear Nothing Foundation.
The Foundation seems to have knowledge of The Dreamer[1], and if that is correct then their primary goal seems to be shedding their mortal bodies in order to join with The Dreamer.
Other Information
There are similarities between the Fear Nothing Foundation the Morninglight in terms of philosophies and both have used the phrase "We are all made of stars"[2][3].
The subjects at The Facility, also use the term "We are all made of stars"[4] - so there may be tie-ins to the program that was run at The Facility as well.
Additionall, when Anima is confronting the The Filth creatures created by The Dreamer, she accuses them of eating stars. To which they reply "We are all made of stars"[5].
