Description
Experiment BP038 is one of Dr Shirui's failed experiments with trying to use The Filth to create super-soldiers.
According to Dr Shirui's research notes [1], this experiment suffered from uncontrollable eruptions of Anima from it's extremities.
In appearance and abilities, it looks like an Orochi Group scientist, with The Filth tendrils growing out of it's hands and head.
