Deus Sol Invictus Ritualist are the Filth-corrupted remains of the Roman priests for the worshipers of Sol Invictus that came to these baths.
They will be found in the Roman Baths summoning a Shade From Beyond. The Shade From Beyond is initially in a barrier, and the Ritualist will be casting Sacrifice Self. Whenever Sacrifice Self is completed or when the Ritualist is killed, whichever happens first, the Shade From Beyond is released.
