Carter, born with considerable psychokinetic power, Carter was enrolled at the Innsmouth Academy at the age of 12. Now 16, she was considered one of the most powerful students at the school and is one of the few remaining survivors.
During the events of The Dark Places, Carter and Danny began to investigate some of the strange creatures that Tyler Freeborn posted about on his Monsters of Maine page. She frequently used her twitter account to keep in touch with Danny and Andy Gardener. [1]
