The Assassin's pistols and blood magic are a potent combination. This deck uses a variety of game systems. When the Assassin attacks with channelled abilities, they game blood magic barriers to sustain themselves. Stackable critical hit buffs are built up through summoning drones and from passive abilities.

Finally, sun and hindrance effects keep the Assassin from being overrun, and allow them to pick off targets with ease.

Weapons Needed

Active Abilities

  • Hair Trigger - [9 AP, Active, Focus, Single] - A single target pistol focus that channels a moderate amount of damage to your target over multiple hits. Builds a resource for each equipped weapon.
  • Shootout - [1 AP, Active, Focus, Single] - A single target pistol focus attack that channels a large amount of damage in multiple hits. Consumes all pistol resources.
  • Exsanguinate - [4 AP, Active, Focus, Single] - A blood magic focus attack that channels a large amount of damage onto the target. Exploits impaired state. Consumes five blood magic resources.
  • Anaesthesia - [12 AP, Active, Single Attack, Single] - A close range, single target blood magic attack that deals a small amount of damage and stuns the target. Sets impaired state.
  • Drone Kit - [3 AP, Active, Summon, Single Target] - Summons a combat drone that will deal damage to the nearest enemy for a short time. Consumes all pistol resources.
  • Sticky Drone - [21 AP, Active, Summon, Self] - Pistol ability that summons a drone that causes the next two incoming attacks to backfire, rooting your attacker. Sets hindered state.
  • Gun Crazy - [50 AP, Elite Active, Single Attack, Single] - A channeled series of rapid pistol shots that deal increasing damage.

Passive Abilities

  • Torture - [34 AP, Passive, Single Attack, Single Target] - Whenever you finish channeling a focus category attack, you deal an extra hit for a small amount of damage.
  • Increased Focus - [12 AP, Passive, Single Attack, Single Target] - All your focus category abilities have an increased chance to critically hit.
  • Culmination - [21 AP, Passive, Single Attack, Single Target] - Whenever you finish channeling a focus category ability, you heal your defensive target.
  • Sanguineous - [34 AP, Passive, Single Attack, Single Target] - Whenever you place an absorb barrier, you are healed for a moderate amount.
  • Critical Help - [21 AP, Passive, Single Attack, Single Target] - Every time you summon a manifestation, turret or drone, your critical hit chance is improved for a short time.
  • Mad Skills - [21 AP, Passive, Single Attack, Single Target] - Whenever you critically hit, your critical hit chance is increased for a short time.
  • Seal the Deal - [50 AP, Elite Passive, Single Attack, Single Target] - Every second resource consuming ability you activate will deal significantly increased damage or healing. Also increases the critical and penetration chance of these abilities by 5%.4

Sanguineous provides no benefit to this build as of version 1.01 of the game. It heals upon placing an absorb barrier, but this build features no way to place an absorb barrier.
