Main Update

Released 18-Dec-2015

GENERAL

  • Improved the behaviour that re-applies sprint when travelling through Agartha. Sprint should reapply more reliably for players with slower computers now.
  • Portals in Agartha should now be more consistent about placing your character facing the next portal on the branch, instead of sometimes facing zone entrances.
  • Updated the text of the Oxford, Comma achievement to indicate that it requires the mission "Tomb Raiders" from The Scorched Desert, instead of "Tomb Raider" from Kingsmouth.
  • Updated the text for the Vampires Aren't Forever achievement to better reflect its conditions.
  • Meet-up requests from players on your ignore list will be denied, and will not be brought to your attention.
  • The Kaidan lore entry "Breach of the First Wall #3" is now easier to obtain.
  • Resolved naming duplication across different Destructive Override Modules.

GUI

  • Fixed an issue that caused Hammer and Fists resources to not display properly.
  • Removed AEGIS shield slot from Gear Manager.
  • Fixed a case where the lock icon for targets tagged by another player or group would display over the top of the target's Con or Name.
  • Altered the positioning of tooltips containing four or more panels. This should make it easier to identify which panel is the item and which panels are comparisons at a glance.
  • Added a new option under Interface Options - Advanced to change the scale of tooltips.

COMBAT

General

Blood Magic

  • Fixed an issue that caused My Bloody Valentine to cast an ineffective version of its second barrier if the first barrier ended by taking too much damage.

City of the Sun God

The Besieged Farmlands

  • In Cold Blood - Searching Vasile Razva's chest with a full inventory will no longer advance the mission.
  • Sacred Protection - Fixed an issue that could prevent players from being able to pick up the relic.
  • Ripples - Updated the effects when burning corpses in Tier 1.

The Shadowy Forest

  • Kreep Rush - The Riverbed should no longer sometimes become unusable after failing the mission.

The Carpathian Fangs

  • Contagion - Adjusted the waypoint marker for Tier 2 to be more accurate.

Kaidan

  • One for the AEGIS - Fixed a typo in the text for Tier 3.
  • The Bank Heist - Made minor changes to the Droid Arm abilities to improve play in The Bank Heist. Further changes will come in the future to improve the experience here.
  • The Tenebrous Sky - Due to popular request, the mechanics for this mission have been reworked, and it should now be easier to understand and complete:
    • The Tagging rifle now automatically selects an appropriate target when used. It is no longer needed to select the flying bird.
    • Bird of the Zero Point Pathogen that are sitting on buildings are generally now considered valid for the Tagging rifle. (Please note that some special cases may not be considered valid targets, such as the static birds in the nest at the end of "The All-Seeing Kawaii")
    • Players no longer prevent each other from tagging a bird.
    • The tracking darts provided with the previous rifle were training darts. We have upgraded them to fully functional live-fire tracking darts that now actually track their target. Be warned: Most birds don't like to be shot...
