This is one of many refugees that can be found scattered throughout Kaidan. This one has found a table at Susanoo's Diner and couple of bottles of Sake. She has been a regular of Susanoo's diner for a long time, since before the bomb. After the bomb, the filth killed her family and took the form of her son. She now drinks away her trauma.

She saw Naonomi Tanaka waiting for Yuichi Nakahara at the diner before the bomb went off, but he had never showed as he was too scared. [1]

Yourself

Me? I'm drunk. (laughs) Only a little drunk. Why am I drunk. I don't...I don't want to remember. A monster...a monster ate my family. Oily, squid arms! It...popped their heads... It... The monster wore my son's clothes... I need another drink now. Just one more.

Tokyo

Is there anything left out there? A city? A world? It's like the city vomited. Like for decades it's held in every bad secret and bad deed, hidden corpses, waste, toxins, and bile... and it could not hold it in anymore. It vomited it all back up as horrible filth.

The Noodle House

This is a good place. It is safe. It is home. It is hearth. I loved this place even before the...bad things. I am a regular. The Lady who rules here. She is kind and she is terrible...but terrible like a hurricane sent to protect you. Terrible to frightening things that would hurt you. Terrible like...She, uh...she will protect us. My only fear is that they will run out of drink. If I cannot drink, then I will begin to remember and to think.

Young Woman

Who now? Yes. Now that you mention it, there was a young lady here, all alone. This was before the bad things. I don't know how long ago... I have not been sober in...well...I don't know. But the young woman. She was waiting for someone. I could tell. Looking at the empty seat. Constantly checking her phone. Poor dear. She was waiting for her boyfriend...or maybe a blind date...but he never showed. She didn't look very happy.
